He was very helpful. I needed a seat removed from my car one evening. He thought it would be a simple job and gave me a quote. It took a whole lot longer than he expected as the seat bolts were badly rusted... And I didn't realize he had thought the seat was already detached. But he kept working on it until he was able to remove the seat. On top of that it was cold and snowy out and he didn't charge me any extra.
